What is Your Relationship with Power?

What is your relationship with Power?

What feeling does the word bring up in your body?

Is your response to it to shrink back, feeling that power always means someone else has it and they may try to wield it over you?

Do you stand a little straighter, breathe a little deeper stepping into the feeling of embodying your own power?

Does it feel illusive? Something you’re always reaching for but can’t quite seem to grasp?

Does it feel fearful? Like something only God should have and the rest of us should steer clear of?

Are you comfortable with it? Your own and everyone else’s?

Just questions to ponder for self connection. . . .

Do your answers change if you substitute the word Love for the word Power?
