Loneliness … what to do …

Loneliness

Dear One… I do understand the feelings of loneliness… There are many people out there who go through the same thing… and yes… feeling lonely and lost… without good relations is one very common theme… even in partnerships… No one… on the outside can sooth our feelings of loneliness… this can only be healed by each one… in their own lives…

As soon as we give away to someone else to fill that hole… the empty void… the true nightmare starts… Suddenly we need that one to be around… to be in a certain way… to act like we want them to. If they do… we feel happy… If they don’t… we feel empty… lonely and rejected… This is dependency and not true freedom…

When we come to a place… in ourselves… where we are happy in our own company… feeling connected to everything… the plants… the birds… the stillness… the sunrise… friends… something very special happens… You can now love your friends freely… letting them come and go… and you are still happy and content… because you thrive to be with yourself…

About Loesja Klimczak - www.mayanatlantyda.org

In the past 53 years I walked, ran, crawled… many roads on an ongoing journey to discover the inevitable freedom of the soul, the joy of being alive, the value of the teacher we call pain, the depth of human wisdom and the meaning of human madness. I have been deeply touched by the kindness in the eyes, hearts, words and helping hands of friends, teachers, soulmates, … even strangers. I have been all of that and all of them. The most valuable lesson I have ever learned is that ‘there’s nothing to fear’. For the next 50 years I am committed to share this awareness in everything I do. It’s a joy to share this blog with sisters so close to my soul and touching your life with my words fills me with deep gratitude. May these words carry the love from my heart to yours.
