Life and Death… make existence worth living

Guestblog by ❤❤❤❤❤ Sannanda True Spirit

Where there is light… there is always darkness… The stronger the light… the stronger the darkness… Death is as refreshing as life itself… they are like husband and wife… brother and sister joining each other… enhancing the very meaning of existence itself.

Each inhale is followed by an exhale… Inhale and life comes in … exhale and life goes out… This is the natural way of existence… refreshing and invigorating our experience as human beings… Do not fear death… nor life… because they are like the rhythms of the seasons giving birth to next phase to unfold…

After the long sleep of winter… spring comes giving space for an immense explosion of life… then summer enjoying and resting in the warmth of it all… and then once again autumn… letting go of life nature withdrawing into itself… to dream and rejuvenate during winter… to once again welcome life into a new spring…

Welcome the seasons of life and you will flow with existence with ease and grace… like a flower following the seasons of nature…

How beautiful is that… how profound indeed… sooo intricate and magnificent life is… to experience it all… this moment…

About Loesja Klimczak -

In the past 53 years I walked, ran, crawled… many roads on an ongoing journey to discover the inevitable freedom of the soul, the joy of being alive, the value of the teacher we call pain, the depth of human wisdom and the meaning of human madness. I have been deeply touched by the kindness in the eyes, hearts, words and helping hands of friends, teachers, soulmates, … even strangers. I have been all of that and all of them. The most valuable lesson I have ever learned is that ‘there’s nothing to fear’. For the next 50 years I am committed to share this awareness in everything I do. It’s a joy to share this blog with sisters so close to my soul and touching your life with my words fills me with deep gratitude. May these words carry the love from my heart to yours.
